The ARIZONA@WORK One-Stop Career Center is a single point of entry to services and programs that prepare individuals for employment.

Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act (WIOA)

  • Serves individuals from 14 to 72 years of age
  • Orientation and Assessments
  • Employment / Career Planning
  • Youth Program
  • Adult and Dislocated Worker Program
  • Educational and Vocational Training
  • Job Search / Referral Assistance
  • Veterans - WIOA recognizes Veterans and their service. WIOA provides priority of service to each Veteran and/or their spouse to enter the workforce.

Levels of Service

WIOA provides three levels of service:

Core Services
Core Services are meant to assist the independent job seeker in pursuit of employment. Services may include orientation, use of resource room, job search assistance, access to phone, fax and email.

Intensive Services
Intensive Services are meant to assist job seekers who are having difficulty securing employment on their own. Services may include assessment, resume assistance, career counseling, and referral to specialized services to meet individual needs.

Training Services
Training Services are meant to assist the job seeker obtain formal skills in an in demand/high growth occupation in the local labor market. Upon successful completion of training job seekers are expected to secure competitive employment.
